Launching Snappy PM: Letting AI Understand Workflows from Real Projects
Today we officially launch the third Super Snappy: Snappy PM. Instead of asking a business to design its processes first, it reads real project documents — contracts, quotes, invoices — to understand how work actually gets done, generates a Project Brief and reusable workflows, and lets people and AI execute together under clearly defined roles.
Today, we officially launch the third Super Snappy: Snappy PM.
Previously, Snappy Front Desk helped small businesses win customers on the growth side, and Snappy Purchaser helped them control costs on the procurement side. Snappy PM's goal is to help businesses execute projects more efficiently.
Traditional project management software usually asks users to pick a template, design a process, and then enter project data into the system item by item. But most small businesses don't have a finished process diagram. The way work actually gets done is scattered across contracts, quotes, invoices, receipts, Excel files, and other project documents.
Snappy PM starts from here.
Users simply gather their existing project materials into a ZIP file and upload it. The AI reads these documents, understands what work the project involves, who is responsible for it, how money flows, and how the project actually moved from proposal to execution to completion. It then generates a Project Brief and a corresponding workflow, which the business owner reviews and corrects.
Once a new business process has been understood and confirmed, Snappy PM can also abstract it into a general template — with specific client and project names removed — and deposit it into a process library. Later, whether the same business runs a similar project again or another business encounters similar work, the learned process can be reused directly instead of being designed from scratch.
After the project workflow is confirmed, the business owner can assign different roles to different Operators and grant permissions according to responsibility. For example, field staff only upload materials obtained from third parties, accountants handle bookkeeping documents, and the project lead sees overall progress and delivery status.
The team doesn't need everyone to learn the full software, nor does everyone need the same permissions. Each Operator simply enters the workflow that matches their responsibility and completes the part they are supposed to complete.
This is also how we understand AI project management:
AI is not just about helping users fill in more tasks. It understands how work gets done from real projects, distills experience into reusable processes, and then lets people and AI execute together under clearly defined roles.
Snappy Front Desk helps businesses grow, Snappy Purchaser helps them control costs, and Snappy PM helps them turn the opportunities they've won into results more efficiently.
Traditional project management software assumes a business already has a well-defined process to enter into the system; but for small businesses, the real way of working is usually scattered across documents. AI project management can work in reverse — understanding the process from real project materials and distilling experience into reusable templates.
If you handed AI every document from a project your team recently completed, could it reconstruct how the project actually ran? And which parts of that experience are worth keeping, so the next project doesn't start from zero?
A good tool shouldn't require a business to have a perfect process before it can start working — it should turn every real execution into an easier starting point for the next one.
