Building Super Snappy
For a long time we have described Snappy as an AI Business Manager. With the upcoming launch of Super Snappy for Business Premium users, that idea is becoming much more concrete. Super Snappy lets each business configure Snappy to take on operational roles — not only answering questions, but actively helping to run parts of the business.
For a long time, we have described Snappy as an AI Business Manager.
With the upcoming launch of Super Snappy for Business Premium users, that idea is becoming much more concrete.
Super Snappy is a tool that allows each business to configure Snappy to take on different operational roles — not only answering questions, but actively helping to run parts of the business.
We are starting with three roles.
Snappy Front Desk
Snappy Front Desk helps businesses engage with potential customers, answer initial questions, collect requirements, and make sure new opportunities are not missed.
Snappy Purchaser
Snappy Purchaser reviews the company's cost structure, identifies areas that may be improved, and actively searches for potential suppliers and alternative sourcing options.
Snappy Project Manager
Snappy Project Manager studies how the business currently manages its projects, restructures the workflow into something clearer and more trackable, and helps teams control costs, monitor progress, and collaborate more effectively.
These roles are only the beginning
Every small business operates differently. A furniture workshop, a consulting company, a refurbishment contractor, and a trading business may all need very different versions of Snappy.
Our goal is not to force every company into the same workflow. It is to give each business the ability to build the Snappy team it actually needs.
What role should we build next?
Perhaps a Sales Manager, an Inventory Controller, an HR Assistant, a Compliance Officer — or something completely different.
If you run a business and there is a role you wish you could hand to Super Snappy, I would genuinely like to hear about it. Please reply to this post, or write to me at richard.tang@snap-ledger.com, and tell me what you would like Super Snappy to do for your business.
Your answer may well shape the role we build next.
An AI assistant that only answers questions is a search box with better manners. The moment it can take on a role — Front Desk, Purchaser, Project Manager — and act inside your business, it stops being a feature and starts being a colleague.
If you could hand one role to a configurable AI teammate tomorrow — Sales Manager, Inventory Controller, HR Assistant, Compliance Officer, or something else entirely — which one would take the most weight off your business?
We are not trying to force every company into the same workflow. We are trying to give each business the ability to build the Snappy team it actually needs.
