Meet Snappy

I just finished a new post-onboarding experience in SnapLedger called Meet Snappy. Once onboarding is done, Snappy introduces itself and adapts to who you are. For a business, it's an AI Business Manager that analyzes revenue, reviews spending, and forecasts cash flow. For an individual, it's an AI Finance and Compliance Assistant. It takes voice input on your phone and continues on your computer, connects to SnapLedger tools to act rather than just answer, and learns your context over time.

Meet Snappy

I recently completed a new post-onboarding experience in SnapLedger called Meet Snappy.

After a user finishes onboarding, Snappy introduces itself and helps the user understand how to get started. The experience is different depending on whether the user joins SnapLedger as an individual or as a business.

For a business: an AI Business Manager

For a business user, Snappy is an AI Business Manager.

It can help the user understand financial performance, review transactions, manage invoices and expenses, identify cash flow risks, and work with the different business tools inside SnapLedger. On a computer, a business owner can ask Snappy to analyze revenue, review spending, or prepare a cash flow forecast without first learning where every report and function is located.

For an individual: an AI Finance and Compliance Assistant

For an individual user, Snappy is an AI Finance and Compliance Assistant.

It can help organize personal finances, explain transactions, manage documents, and guide the user through the financial and compliance obligations that may arise across different countries and stages of life.

Talk to Snappy, anywhere

Snappy also supports voice input. A user can speak to it through a phone while travelling, working, or handling something away from a desk. The same conversation can later continue on a computer when a larger screen or a more detailed analysis is needed.

Connected to your SnapLedger tools

Behind the conversation, Snappy has access to an increasing number of SnapLedger tools. It can retrieve the relevant information, perform analysis, and guide the user toward the next action rather than simply answering general questions.

Getting better over time

Snappy is designed to become more useful over time.

As users continue working with SnapLedger, Snappy gradually learns their preferences, business context, recurring workflows, and previous decisions. It should not require the user to explain the same background every time a new conversation begins.

The goal is not to create an assistant that remembers everything, but one that remembers the right things, understands the user's context, and becomes a better financial and business partner the more it is used.

That is what Meet Snappy is intended to introduce: not just another feature inside SnapLedger, but a new way for users to interact with the entire system.

Today's Insight

Meet Snappy adapts to who you are: an AI Business Manager for a company, an AI Finance and Compliance Assistant for an individual. Same companion, different job — and it connects to SnapLedger's tools to take the next action, not just answer questions.

Open Question

If your finance assistant already knew your business context and could act inside your tools, what's the first thing you'd hand off to it after signing up?

Meet Snappy isn't just another feature inside SnapLedger. It's a new way to interact with the whole system — one that remembers the right things and gets more useful every time you use it.
