Customers ask at all hours — on WhatsApp, by e-mail, when the showroom is already closed. When the answers live in people's heads, the slow ones are lost. In this lesson, Dunewood puts Snappy on the front desk.
What you'll learn
- Put your catalogue on Snappy's shelf
- Set the rules Snappy follows with customers
- Keep the WhatsApp number your customers know
Customers ask at all hours — on WhatsApp, by e-mail, when the showroom is already closed. When the answers live in people's heads, the slow ones are lost. In this lesson, Dunewood puts Snappy on the front desk. Snappy Front Desk works in the showroom company — the one customers deal with.
Step by step
- The shelf — First, its shelf. Snappy answers only from what you put here, so Yusuf uploads the catalogue: the ranges, the materials, the lead times. Every answer will show which document it came from.
- The rules — Then the rules: what Snappy should always ask, what it must never promise, how it talks about prices — and when it hands over to a person. Yusuf wants a person the moment a customer asks for one, or sounds unhappy.
- The channel — Last, the channel. The showroom keeps the WhatsApp Business number its customers already know; Snappy answers on it, and the team can step in at any time. Connecting it signs in to Meta, so we'll stop here.
From now on, when a customer writes, Snappy answers from the shelf, by Dunewood's rules — and brings in a person when it should. Next: an enquiry becomes a job. Qamar Bay Logistics needs furniture for its new office.
