UAE e-invoicing on SnapLedger · Lesson 7 of 7

Every client’s e-invoicing, on one page

1:14 · Captions: English, Arabic, French and Chinese.

For a corporate service provider, e-invoicing isn't one company. It's every client, every month. Harbour Gate watches all of them from one page — and connecting a client is the first lesson's own flow, in that client's books.

What you'll learn

  • See every client's e-invoicing on one page
  • Find e-invoices in a client's books, already read

Step by step

  1. Every client — Amira Haddad runs Harbour Gate, which keeps its clients' books on SnapLedger. Next to each client, she sees where its e-invoicing stands. Qamar Bay is connected; Sandglass Trading isn't yet.
  2. Already in the books — And in Qamar Bay's books, here's the invoice Dunewood filed in the second lesson, with its credit note. They came through the network, read, and matched to Dunewood by its TRN. Nobody at Harbour Gate typed a thing.

Back to the start of this course. E-invoicing changes every invoice between businesses. On SnapLedger, you connect once, every invoice is checked before it goes, changes are filed as credit notes, suppliers' bills arrive read, the records keep themselves, and a corporate service provider runs it for every client from one page. That's e-invoicing, the new way. Start your free trial at snap-ledger.ai.
