Visas and Emirates IDs expire on their own schedule, and the first warning is often a fine. In this lesson, Lina sees the whole workshop team in one place — and what's about to run out.

What you'll learn

  • See everyone and their papers
  • Catch an expiry before it costs a fine
  • Find a person's record

Step by step

  1. The Employee Book — The Employee Book: one card per person — their role, their monthly pay, and how long they've been here.
  2. What expires next — Each card watches the person's visa and Emirates ID. Imran's visa runs out in a few weeks, so his card counts the days — and Joseph's Emirates ID has already run out. Lina can start both renewals now, not at the counter.
  3. Omar's record — Opening a card shows the full record. Omar's nationality, the bank account his salary goes to — SnapLedger names the bank from the IBAN — his Ministry person number, and his yearly leave.
  4. The contract — His contract is on file too, one click away when a question comes up.

The whole team, and every date that matters, in one place. Next: a new hire, onboarded from his papers.
