The Partner Portal: your clients

1:20 · Captions: English, Arabic, French and Chinese.

Here's how a one-off set-up becomes a client for years. When a company you've set up needs its books, VAT and Corporate Tax, it becomes a managed client in your Partner Portal: a company with its own books, kept by you.

What you'll learn

  • Add a client
  • Set up the client's books
  • Move between clients with Switch Role

Step by step

  1. The Partner Portal — Amira switches to her Partner profile. The Partner Portal shows her managed clients — none yet.
  2. A new client — New client creates the client's company and opens its setup — the same steps Amira took for her own firm: Qamar Bay Logistics, its licence, its tax numbers, and the day its books start. Now Qamar Bay is an active client. Your first managed client is free.
  3. Your client list — Switch Role, then Admin Portal, brings her back to her client list — where two more clients have joined since.
  4. Switch Role — Switch Role opens a client's books: Qamar Bay's own dashboard, documents and tools — just as Qamar Bay would see them.

Last lesson: who keeps the books for all these clients — your own team, or an accounting partner.
