Step by step

  1. Two ways, one team — Either way, whoever does the work joins your Partner profile's team, under your brand. The client signs with you, pays you, and stays yours — and the monthly accounting becomes part of what you sell, not something you hand away.
  2. Add Lina from Daoile — In the Partner Portal, Amira opens Team and operators, and adds Lina, a bookkeeper from Daoile. A partner seat reaches every managed client, so there's nothing to set up for each one.
  3. Lina's day — This is Lina's day. She signs in with her own login, accepts Harbour Gate's invitation, and switches into Qamar Bay. This week's documents are already read and matched to the bank: behind this card payment is its receipt. She checks what's left, then moves on to the next client.
  4. A team admin — Lina leads Daoile's team for Harbour Gate, so Amira makes her a team admin. Lina can remove people — say, when a bookkeeper leaves — but only Amira can add them.
  5. Who did what — Back on the Operators card, Amira sees who's been working, and when. Every action Lina takes in a client's books is recorded under her own name.
